For future reference...

How to fix an achin' back...
-Take a hour and a half walk (stop at liquor store on the way home)
-make a cocktail & drink it to relax
-do back/core exersices for about 10 minutes
-get trollied and dance around like an idiot for about an hour
-while hungover dupe co-worker to lend you his fancy pants chair.

Feeling so much better today. Thank fuckin' god. I was so over that gimpy shite.
