Put the debit card away, Mir

I've booked what will probably be my final trips out of London before heading home. So my travel schedule goes as follows. The ones with astricks are he ones I just booked tonight.
July 21-24 Paris
August 6 Stonehenge & Bath* (A touristy bus tour day tirp...bit cheesy I know. But I can't live in England for a year and not see Stonehenge and, not being a driver, a bus tour is really my only option, plus get to check out bath as well, two birds, one stone!)
August 8 Cardiff
August 13 Brighton* (for PRIDE!!! And Brighton Pride is supposed to be WAY bigger there than in London. It's the gay capitol of South England. Manchester obviously being the country's SF equivilant. Does that make Brighton the Seattle equivilant? Hmmmm)

I bunched it all up in late July early August. In mid August to early September my cousin Kent is scheduled to arrive in the UK. He's traveling around South America at the moment. I'd LOVE to see him and show him around London (even though I know he's not a city boy at all, he'll probably hate it). But Like it or not I want to see him and don't want to miss the chance so I don't want to schedule anything around that time. Besides, the last two weeks in August I'll probably be balls deep in perfecting my portfolio. Luckily I did research about printing and binding it and found that the standard is two days! I was expecting two weeks, so I've actually gained time in a way. So long as I have it all together by 27th or so of August, I'm cool.

Should I be embarrassed to say that I've never heard of it?

Yes! Especially because you're into all things British. It's one of The Who movies, they did the soundtrack. Sting is in it. It's the defining movie about the mods. It follows one working class British mod and his group of friends, covers the whole mods vs. rockers riots in Brighton and around the UK back in the 60s, and still holds up pretty well. Sting is like god of the mods in the movie, he's got the coolest Vespa with the most mirrors.

WOW I'm surprised I haven't heard about it! I'll have to see if the library has it. Crazy!

Add that to one of the weeks, I suppose. :)
I think I'd really enjoy watching that.
