either your friends don't appreciate cheese or the 70's cheese factor as much as mine do. Actually It's just one couple that has fondu parties every few months or so.

A fondue party!
All right, I see how you are: There's a fondue party and I'm not invited! Yes, you! No, not pandapropaganda but you — the people hosting the party. No, of course you don't know me personally but you should have known how important it is to invite me to such affairs. I'm disappointed. Send me $100 USD and I'll forgive you, this time.

But seriously, I'm happy to know there's a fondue-party cult thriving somewhere. Actually, it's more of a '60s thing: By the '70s, fondue parties were fading into history. Pandapropaganda, do you think you could carry a hidden camera and make a photographic record of the fondue party? You could sell it to some anthropologists or sociologists, maybe even National Geographic Magazine!

I can see the headlines now: "Fondue Cult Still At Large, Cheese Missing!" Those fondue parties from remotest antiquity were quite enjoyable, combining as they did an element of manual dexterity with the usual socializing. I liked fondue parties mainly because of the food, of course; but it was also fun to emphasize discussion points by jabbing people with those nifty long forks.
